Touch Exercise - The Point of Pain


"So, in this sense, pain is really a sign that we're out of harmony with Nature. When we're in pain the localized place hurts but the entire body responds." - Diane Ackerman (A Natural History of the Senses)

Statement: This quote inspired me to think about humans relationship with Nature and pain. If pain is being out of harmony with Nature then yoga can be a way to ease pain because it aligns an individual back to Nature. This photo highlights the relationship between humans and Nature being in harmony, eliminating all pain.
