3D to 2D

In this class, one of my most successful sculptures was the Balsa Wood. For this assignment I used my Balsa Wood sculpture to create a mock magazine cover. I took an up close photo of this sculpture and changed the coloring. I then took the photo and flipped it so the lines are running vertically, then layered the original photo over and changed the opacity. I picked a simple sans serif typeface to make the overall design look clean and simple.
